The University distributes their annual budget call to each school during the month of October. Included in the call are preliminary planning parameters, such as the salary pool and employee benefit rates noted below. Final planning parameters are announced in December after review by the Trustees.

Final GSE tuition and program fee rate increases for the following fiscal year are announced during the  December/January time period.  

Final grad stipend parameters are announced by the Office of the Provost during the month of February/March.
