The Office of Research & Faculty Affairs (ORFA) in the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education oversees the entire faculty personnel process for all Standing and Professional Faculty.
Body
ORFA serves as a bridge between the School and the University, facilitating Penn GSE’s alignment with institutional policy, participation in campus-wide initiatives, and full availment of Penn’s many resources for faculty. Further, ORFA responds to the needs of Penn GSE faculty, providing support for their teaching, advising, and research in the form of professional development events, coordinated mentorship, and timely communication of emergent opportunities.
